The Ethics Committee consists of the Chair of the Board of Directors and the Internal Audit Manager. The Chair of the Board of Directors serves as the Chair of the Ethics Committee. The Committee acts as an authority that our employees and other stakeholders can consult on all ethics-related matters and receive guidance. In addition, it evaluates applications regarding ethical violations and ensures that the necessary actions are taken.
