Ex Works

It is a delivery term in international trade that only indicates the price of the goods and provides for the delivery of the goods to the buyer at the seller's own warehouse or premises. From the moment the goods are delivered at the premises, all costs and risks associated with the goods, as well as other obligations, are borne by the buyer. The seller is not obliged to load the goods onto any means of transport, nor is the seller obliged to carry out customs clearance procedures for the goods for export, where such procedures are required.
