Free Carrier
This is a delivery term used in international trade for all modes of transport, where the cost of the goods and inland carriage to the named place are paid. It means that the seller's obligation ends when the goods, cleared for export, are delivered to the carrier designated by the buyer at the place specified by the buyer. If the buyer has appointed someone other than themselves as the carrier to take delivery of the goods, the seller is deemed to have fulfilled their delivery obligation by leaving the goods with that person.
